Buying and selling of products?
I want to start my own rental - wedding/linen company. I will be renting from a company that ships to Canada where I live. Once the event is completed I will ship the products back to them. On my website will I have to advertise there name (where I get the linen from?) .. I'm going to be paying the same price as anyone would if they were to rent from the company themselves. I would be up selling to make money of course.
I know pictures on there websites are copyright and they don't sell samples then only give out swatches. How would I go about putting pictures on my site of the product?
I'm just wondering what I can and can not do.
You don't have to advertise the supplier but if it's prestigious it will help you get attention.
You are not being dishonest reselling something if you add value to it. I am a professional symphony musician. I could tell my students 'go to Store X and buy a horn' or I could say 'I will try out the horns and pick one out for you.' The horn I approve of is worth more.
I would contact the company and tell them you want to help move product. Ask for permission to use the images and for a professional discount.
