Where can I buy higher quality fabrics wholesale in Canada?

I've looked online to no avail. I'm willing to travel (currently in Vancouver.. wanna keep it in Canada), and I'm looking for apparel fabrics preferably silks, wools, and fine linens and cottons.

I don't know about Canadian resources, but in the US, if you're a manufacturer, you'd be going to a sourcing show like: http://www.texworldusa.com/ and when you're big enough, you'll have samples and salespeople sent to you directly.
