I want to donate various items to Haiti(clothing, linen, diabetic medical supplies, shoes, etc) Where to start?

I have no idea where to send the items or where to find a list of things they need because everyone is asking for monetary donations. Please help! I have tried the Red Cross and United Way websites, but I can't seem to find the information I need.
I don't have any extra money to donate (I'm having really hard times right now) but I have tons of other stuff b/c my Grandmother passed and I am cleaning out her house and getting rid of things I have outgrown also. I did donate frequent flyer miles in exchange for a monetary donation.

How about donating that stuff to the people who live here instead?
