How often should I clean my registry?
There are two answers to this question;
If your PC is running slow or crashing regularly, you should download a registry repair utility and scan immediately.
If you're simply concerned with keeping your PC running fast and smooth, most Windows XP experts recommend a Registry clean-up on all systems at least once a month to prevent problems.
