is it safe to use starch?

right now I'm thinking to go to buy starch to iron my new linen shirt... i used water already but THIS SHIRT WRINKLE AFTER 10 mins i wear!!!

It is safe. Starch is just corn or rice carbohydrate. Even with starch the shirt will wrinkle because linen always wrinkles. Iron the area with a bit of steam, take the can and shake it a a lot. Spray a thin coat on the fabric from about 15 inches away. Let it penetrate about 15 seconds and then iron again SLOWLY with NO STEAM. Let the area cool a minute before moving on to the next position.
