how would i make my bed look like this? easy ten points?

this bed is beautiful. i currently have a full size bed. i want my bed to look exactly like this photo. id like to do it on a budget too. where would i get the full size dust ruffle that looks exactly like that? where would i get a 100 percent cotton white sheets. does walmart/target have things that size?
where could i get an iron bed that color (or black) ? please help easy ten for whoever has the cheapest way to make it look soft and white. and if you know where to get lavender or blue sheer linen i could drape around it maybe

Ok first of all, the stuff on the bed can pretty much be found anywhere. The HeadBoard and (dont know what the foot thing is called) is unknown. xD
