Coming Home Linens

Allergies that may cause a rash around the eye?
About 6 weeks ago, I started getting this dry, scaly rash around both of my eyes, especially in the corners. I went to the doctor, they thought it may be something fungal, gave me a cream, told me it could take 2 weeks to clear up. Well it didn't clear up. 5 weeks later, I left town and stayed at a hotel for a week, and the rash was completely gone. I came home 4 days ago and its back. So obviously it has to be something in my home. I got rid of all air fresheners and washed all the linens. The only thing that has changed in the past 6 weeks is we have the A/C on now. I've cleaned the filters and it hasn't helped. Can a freon leak cause a rash around the eye or what other kind of allergies can do this? My eyes don't burn or run like when I normally have allergy problems.
I haven't wore makeup in weeks and my facewash has been the same for months. The only thing it can be is something in my house, and the only thing that has changed is my A/C.
Did you learn makeup home and then started to use it again once you got home? Did you use a different face wash? Try to think what was different if anything on your vacation than what you are doing now at home.
