cotton in the 18-19th centuries...help?!?

Hi,
I am trying to find out what percent of clothes were cotton based, wool based, and linen based in the 18-19th centuries.
I really just need the source for a research paper, so a URL would be great!!! The more reliable the source, the better... I have access to JSTOR, but I can't find anything (my search comes up with 45,000+ results).
Anything you have will be greatly appreciated!! Thank you SO much!
